What is Agile Scrum Foundation?
Agile Scrum Foundation (ASF) is a certification program from EXIN, that covers the Agility concept, Scrum framework, and the most common Agile practices and techniques.
In 2014, Nader (your trainer) and Frank Turley were invited by EXIN to write the official manual of this certification program. They released the second edition of the manual in 2018, which provides a better coverage of the recent concerns and needs in Agile projects.
While Scrum is fully covered in ASF, it is not the only topic. It start by discussing the meaning and dynamics of Agility, as this understanding is essential for practitioners and helps you find your way in real-world problems. Then we learn Scrum together, and finally, expand this by learning Agile practices and techniques through XP (eXtreme Programming), DSDM methodology, and Kanban.
Why tell you more? You can start with the first 30% of the course that is free right away, get to know it, and see if it’s the right thing for you.
