Agile Scrum Foundation – Classroom Training

Course Description

Agile Scrum Foundation is a professional certification focused on the Agility concept and the Scrum framework.  It is useful for anyone involved in Agile environments or those planning to migrate to one.

The Foundation level aims to deliver the fundamental aspects of Scrum. It covers everything a beginner Scrum Master, Product Owner or a Development Team member should know, in order to be active in an existing Agile setting. The contents also enable the participants to take the first steps into creating an Agile workplace based on the Scrum framework.

Scrum is about working together to successfully reach a defined goal. The entire Scrum process focuses on establishing cross-functional and self-managed teams as well as producing a working deliverable at the end of each iteration or Sprint.

The certificate is defined and provided by EXIN. EXIN is a world-leading provider of independent information management certification and accreditation.
