PSPO I Simulated exams compared to PSM I

Roughly, these are the types of questions you see in the PSPO I exam, and the way you can compare them with the PSM I exam:

  • About 55% of the PSPO I questions are the usual questions you see in the PSM I exam
  • About 20% of the PSPO I questions are special PSM I questions that do not show up a lot in the PSM I exam
  • About 25% of the PSPO I questions do not exist in the PSM I exam

This fact about the actual PSPO I exam is reflected in the simulated exams package.

Should I take the PSM I exam first?

There are no prerequisites for the PSPO I exam.

However, if you can pass the PSPO I exam, you should be able to pass the PSM I exam as well. So, it’s a good idea to aim for the PSM I exam first.

I have bought PSM and PSPO tests…. never go for real exam without these mock test… Open assessments are just a joke.
    Great job Nader. :)

I would like to know, is real exam UI and UX are same as mock test?

    • Nader K. Rad

      :

Thanks. I’m glad you’ve liked them.
They are less or more similar, and the only important difference is that in our platform all questions are loaded once, and then you navigate through them, which makes it very fast. The real exam loads each question separately, which takes some time, especially if your internet connection is not good.

Completed both PSM I and PSPO I last night respectively with 99% and 95%.
The sample quizzes were really helpful even though a few questions from PSPO I were not represented at all and were then unclear to me…

I just bought the PSPO quizz pack and so far am very happy with the content and I hope it will help me pass the exam on first attempt :)

Just a quick question though: you mention in one of the question that no tailoring is allowed for Scrum, but what do you call choosing a Sprint duration and other Sprint events duration to be more laigned to the project or organization ?

    Thanks.

I initially purchased Scrum Master practice exams and was extremely happy and pleased with the quality of questions. More importantly, the explanations were priceless, tirelessly repeating the concepts which really do become ingrained in the memory.

After passing the Scrum Master with 99%, I purchased the Product owner practice exams and passed that with 95%. Couldn’t have done it without this site!

Excellent questions with explanations – thank you! :)

Would you say this mock exams package is enough to pass both PSM I and PSPO exams ?

    • Nader K. Rad

      :

      Hi Francois,
I suggest you start with PSM I package and its own elearning course, and then proceed to PSPO. That makes it easier for you to learn the concepts, and increases your chances of success.

Passed on my first attempt with 88.8%!

Very useful, totally recommend it, although there is still room for improvement. Below I list the reasons why not 5 stars.

    – In the real test, there were a lot more questions about coordinating multiple scrum teams
    – In the real test, there were questions about scrum values that I don’t remember seeing in the simulated one (I might be wrong, if so…sry)
    – In the simulated test, there were repeated questions inside the same test!
    – In the simulated test, there were repeated questions among tests
    – I reported one (possibly) wrong “right” answer.
    – I reported one ambiguity that made one question impossible to answer.
    – If the interface would be an exact copy of the real test it would make it more comfortable when doing the real test.

Honest review for sceptics like me :-)
Passed the PSPO Exam today using this resource so can’t fault it in that respect. If I had failed, I would have blamed myself tbh

Got to say that I found the exam to be more difficult than the practice as I’m a slow reader and most of the questions I came across had lengthy descriptions/scenarios.

    * One great thing about these practice questions is not just in getting 100% every time; but the long explanations given for why the answer is correct. This helps you in the real exam especially when the question is asked in a needless roundabout way – you already get the concept

*The 3 different practice questions is perfect for breaking down fears of seeing a new set of questions you’ve never come across or that are asked in a different way. Again this helps you not to freeze in the exam because there will be questions that don’t make sense at first; but understanding the concept of why it was asked gives you an advantage.

*During practice I consistently completed questions with at least 20mins left; but time pressure and slow reading in the real thing meant I only had about 6mins left to review which fortunately was more than enough time for me. So try and work on time management.

*The tip about reading the question VERY carefully was priceless. Most questions when read in context gave the wrong answers away, leaving you to focus on the correct ones

*The price of the practice questions is definitely doable even if it helps you pass by 0.1% :-)

P.s. I seriously suspect that this resource wasn’t composed by someone who has English as their first language as there are (forgivable) mistakes. I’ll advice the team to please try to review and correct questions regularly. Nevertheless the integrity of the resource still stands strong…it basically does what it says on the tin – helps you pass your exam!

    Hope this review helped you…..

Thanks for the preparation practices for the PSPO1 exam! It was really worth full for me and gave me a perfect understanding of the Scrum guide and specifically the role of PO.
The first time I did not pass the exam (I followed a course elsewhere) and that was for me the reason to buy the PSPO1 exercises from Management Plaza. Thanks to the exercises and information provided by Management Plaza, I passed the second attempt for the PSPO 1 exam:). Because I felt really confident about my knowledge of Scrum, I decided to try and pass the PSM 1 exam as well. I also passed this exam (easily with 94%).
I am strongly recommending this course to everybody who wants to pass the PSPO 1 and PSM 1 exams!!

I did the test and I pass it in my first attempt. As a recommendation you should understand carefully the feedback on each question because in the real exam you need to analice them well. I liked the online trainings, they are very clear.

PSM and PSPO are very good courses that helped me increase my knowledge and fix the important aspects of the Scrum framework. Also the set of questions helped me achieve the certifications. My last question would be: Do yoy have in plan also creating a course for the developer role based on the PSD certification? Many thanks!

This is a great item and has provided me with plenty of practice before the real exam. Questions help you understand what will exam look like and what level of knowledge is required. Using these questions and some of the recommended books from Scrum.org, I have been able to prepare my exam fast. Strong recommendation, definitely worth the money.

    • Frank Turley

Thanks Milos for taking the time to give us this feedback and glad you like it.

i wish there were more questions to cover the PO roles and tasks as in the exam there were many questions around them.

+ Typos and English language in questions need to be reviewed. Half a dozen errors in every exam. Very annoying and a significant impediment.
+ Needs more consistency in the meaning of words – “management” for instance
    + Test 3 Question 48 (!!!!!!!)
+ Some additional explanations are missing for incorrect answers

Generally this has been less useful than I hoped but useful. Three Stars
